How are the funds managed.
Real estate agents are required to provide all documentation and pass KYB. Projects must define a fundraising target, timeline, and yield, which the realtor may guarantee.
Funds are held in a smart contract. Once the target is reached, funds are loaned to the realtor. Upon completion and yield generation, the capital is returned to the pool, and investors redeem their tokens to claim earnings.

Listing Phase – Verified realtor list their project
Funding Pool – Smart contracts collect investor funds
LP Token Issuance – Investors receive LP tokens
Execution Phase – Funds are loaned to the realtor
Return Phase – realtor repays loan + yield to the pool
Redemption – Investors burn LP tokens to withdraw their returns
