Flywheel

The RECC Flywheel
Mission: Convert every dollar of platform growth into direct value for $RECC holders and make that connection obvious to everyone who joins the community.
1. How It Works
Step
What Happens
How this affects $RECC
1. The platform earns fees
Believe fees plus marketplace profits start to pile up.
Fresh cash flow arrives.
2. We buy back tokens
A slice of those fees market-buys $RECC on the open market.
Continuous demand is created.
3. 50 / 50 split
Half of the purchased $RECC is burned forever; the other half goes into an airdrop pool.
Supply shrinks while rewards grow.
4. Airdrop to investors
Tokens from the pool are distributed to the most active wallets via a public leaderboard.
Real-estate participation and token ownership move in lock-step.
2. Why the Flywheel Works
Every time a property closes, the platform earns. Part of those earnings is immediately converted into $RECC, removed from circulation, and handed back to the very people who keep the flywheel spinning.
As more properties appear on the marketplace, more fees flow through the loop. That means stronger buy pressure, bigger burns, and fatter airdrops—a feedback cycle designed to get faster with every new deal.
3. Numbers at Launch
Buy-backs will run once a month to begin with; when volume picks up, we’ll shorten the cadence to weekly. Both the percentage and the schedule can be adjusted later through governance.
4. The Road Ahead
Phase 0 – Live today. Buy-back and burn scripts run manually so the community can watch each transaction on-chain.
Phase 1 – Full automation. The Believe API will take over treasury management, turning the flywheel on 24/7 autopilot.
Phase 2 – Fine-tuning. Holders will be able to choose on things like split ratios, cadence, and extra reward tiers (for example, multipliers for long-term staking).
5. Your Questions Answered
Where do the “Believe fees” come from?
Believe Fees come from the smart contract of Believe that allows the team collect 1% of each transaction.
How does the leaderboard pick winners?
You can check out our Airdrop section.
Can the 50 / 50 split change?
Teachnically, yes. But this was a percentage all our team agree and not consider to change it on the short/middle term.
This is only the first cog in a much larger machine. As the marketplace grows, so will the mechanisms that power $RECC.
